Each episode this year has brought an answer to a question that I think is so big. That question..."when we say God what are we actually trying to say?". Here are those answers, in part.
Bible stories are...a bit weird aren't they? We gloss them over and sanitize them without thinking and at the same time rob the purpose. What happens when we engage with them, intentionally, with a small group of those closest to us?
The world is a crazy place. We are constantly pointing the finger at one another in an ever ceasing blame game; what happens when we instead of blame choose to love?
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Patrons make this show a thing and I love the conversations I get to have with them. Everyone has a story and they are all beautiful.
We constantly, can't help it it seems, point fingers at everyone else...latching onto what we can use to throw stones at one another. David E. Fitch and I discuss what the church could look like if we didn't.
